- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For many years a lovely lady named Eve was the receptionist at Haldens, very kind and helpful. In the recent years after Eve retired, a wonderful lady , Tracey is now the receptionist. Always polite, caring and helpful. Goes above and beyond to help you. As she is the first person of contact as you walk in the door, its lovely to see a friendly face. For any reason that i or my family have had the need to see a doctor or nurse in the practice, we could not be any more pleased with their service and support. Hospital referrels are dealt with promptly and 'chased up' if required. The facility to be able have a 'call back' from a GP or prescribing nurse, is a great advantage.by Michele CookApril 18, 2017
